A new client services center for the city’s Human Services Agency (HSA) has been planned for construction at 6000 3rd Street in Bayview, San Francisco. The project proposal includes the acquisition of the existing warehouse to be utilized as a service center for the city’s HSA.

Charities Housing is the project developer. Rincon Consultants is the city’s environmental consultant for the project.

Development permits have been filed for a senior housing project proposed at 5751 Arnold Boulevard in Dublin, Alameda County. The project proposal includes the construction of a two-story building offering assisted living units and care services for seniors. HSB DUBLIN LLC is the project applicant. The Corporation Trust Company is the project developer.
