Permits have been filed for a new four-story mixed-use project along Sacramento’s burgeoning Stockton Boulevard close to UC Davis’s medical center. The proposal, named Remington, would replace a vacant parcel between Stockton Boulevard and 47th Street with dozens of homes and new retail space. Los Angeles-based CTI Housing is the project sponsor.
A new residential project has been proposed for development at 3907 D Street in Sacramento. The project proposal includes the conversion of an existing garage space into a duplex residence. Some remodeling and new construction work is also proposed.
Construction has topped out for a five-story apartment complex at 3945 Judah Street in San Francisco’s Outer Sunset neighborhood. The mid-density project replaced an automotive shop with twenty apartments within walking distance of Ocean Beach and Golden Gate Park. Brendan Quinlan of Quinlan Construction is responsible for the project.
Two pre-applications have been filed for suburban infill in the mountainous portion of Saratoga, Santa Clara County. The project would bring 15 single-family homes in the hills close to Skyline Boulevard. Brent Lee and I-Fang Liu are listed as the property owners.
A new residential project has been proposed for development along Canyon View Drive in Cupertino. The project proposal includes the construction of a new residential complex offering 35 units.
