The subdivision is split between three structures, with units ranging in size from 1,280 square feet to four-bedrooms and 2,130 square feet. Terra Holdings is responsible for the proposal through 220 Carroll Street LLC.

The residential project proposal includes the construction of three new two-story residential buildings housing nineteen dwelling units. SIA Consulting is managing the design concepts and construction of the project. P & J Builders is the owner of the property.
New renderings have been released as developers filed preliminary applications for an affordable senior housing development at 2125 Telegraph Avenue, located in the northern portion of Downtown Oakland. The eight-story building will rise beside the 1910-built former home to Oakland’s YMCA. Mercy Housing is responsible for the development.
Development permits were filed seeking the approval of constructing a teacher housing project in 231 Grant Avenue in Mayfield District, Palo Alto. The project proposal includes building 110 apartments for teachers and staff members at Santa Clara and San Mateo County schools. The project is sponsored by the County of Santa Clara, Facebook, the City of Palo Alto, and participating school districts in Santa Clara County. Mercy Housing California and Abode Communities are managing the development.
New renderings have been released for a residential building at 950 Hough Avenue in Lafayette, Contra Costa County. The illustrations come as the city council continues to push back a decision to approve the project, which would provide twenty new houses near the city center, of which three will be sold as affordable housing. The Griggs Resource Group is responsible for the development, operating through 950 Hough Investors LLC.
