Tishman Speyer is the developer and the project applicant. WRNS Studio is managing the design concepts and construction.

Located at the corner of 82nd Avenue, the project would add ten rental apartments with one affordable unit above a ground-floor retail space. Zara Construction Group is the project developer and designer.
Renderings have been shared for a proposed six-story self-storage building at 1700 Egbert Avenue in Bayview, San Francisco. The development will more than double the built area to meet the high demand for self-storage in San Francisco. James Goodman Architecture is the project architect.
SRI and Lane Partners have announced plans for a mixed-use neighborhood to replace the 63-acre office campus at 333 Ravenswood Avenue in Menlo Park, San Mateo County. The proposal, dubbed Parkline, would include at least 400 new dwelling units with affordable housing, a public park area, and new office buildings. The developers are scheduling to receive public input during listening sessions this July before submitting formal plans.
Lane Partners has sold the vacant parcel at 500 South Almaden Boulevard in Downtown San Jose to Satellite Affordable Housing Associates for $1.3 million. The sale brings SAHA closer to building dozens of new dwelling units for the San Jose housing market, directly across from the future construction sites of 253 and 280 Woz Way.
