A recent site visit by YIMBY has captured the construction progress for Aggie Square, an innovation hub rising in the UC Davis Sacramento campus. The project will create a new dense hub on campus for life sciences, education, student housing, and parking. Wexford Science & Technology and GMH Capital Partners are joint developers.
Formal permits have been filed for a new residential development at 4220 Network Circle in Santa Clara. The application invokes the Builder’s Remedy to push forward construction on roughly half of the Oracle-owned office campus with hundreds of homes. Valley Oak Partners is the project developer.

The plans will replace undeveloped land with hundreds of homes in a senior living complex. Spieker Senior Development Partners is responsible for the application.
