New development plans have been released for Cambrian Plaza Park, a mixed-use multi-structure proposal for 14200 & 14420 Union Avenue in Willow Glen, San Jose. The development includes three main buildings surrounded by 48 new single-family houses and 25 three-story townhouses. Weingarten Realty Investors is responsible for the project as the property owner.
Planning permits have been approved to construct a three-story residential building at 5482 Carlson Drive in East Sacramento. The project will bring ten residential units across a 0.3-acre parcel. Black Label Development is sponsoring the development, while Sacramento-based Ikon Homes are the property owner.
New renderings have been revealed ahead of the planning commission meeting for 3896 Stevens Creek Boulevard, on the north edge of the West Valley neighborhood in San Jose. The new proposal will be a sizable addition, providing office space and a health club to Stevens Creek and Saratoga Avenue’s retail-rich intersection. Cypress Equities is the developer for the project.

The project proposal includes a mixed-use construction, erecting a residential building featuring 328 dwelling units and retail space on the ground floor. The proposed project would demolish the existing surface parking lot and vacant structures to construct a 160 feet high complex spanning over approximately 415,792 square feet.
