New building permits have been filed for 150 Kingston Street in the Bernal Heights neighborhood of San Francisco, two blocks from 3515 Mission Street, also covered today by SFYIMBY. Once approved, the proposal will bring two units to what is currently a single-family house. Frank Worsley, the building owner, is responsible for the development.
Workshop1 has filed development permits for a new residential project at 3855 West Street in North Oakland’s Longfellow neighborhood. The project will add seven townhouse-style buildings, totaling 13,800 square feet, on a corner parcel two blocks away from the MacArthur BART station. Workshop1 is not just in charge of developing. They are also the full owners, architects, and real estate broker of 3855 West Street.
Permits have been filed to rebuild a residential building at 458 Castro Street, in the Castro District, San Francisco. The development will include minor increases in height and size and reintroduce two residential units into the neighborhood after the building caught fire earlier this year. Oakland-based Design Draw Build Inc. is the architect of record.
Permits have been filed for a residential expansion of the building at 52 Landers Street in the Mission District, San Francisco. The development replaces an existing three-unit building with four new condominiums. James Shissler and Hwang Steve currently own the structure.
Permits have been issued for nine new residential buildings in Brookfield’s massive, nearly 2,000 unit development in Dublin, California. The nine buildings will be a part of the Mulholland enclave, with addresses from 5600-5623 Fallbrook Court. Mulholland is just one of twelve within the 189-acre Boulevard Dublin project.
