The project proposal includes the construction of an eight-story mixed-use building offering residential and commercial spaces. The project calls for the demolition of an existing non-residential structure on the site.
The public review period has started for the Mitigated Negative Declaration for 2655 The Alameda in Santa Clara, Santa Clara County. The development aims to replace a vacant parcel with 39 homes by the Santa Clara University Campus. Kapital Partners is the property owner.
Development permits have been issued allowing for a new residential project proposed at 2400 Adeline Street in McClymonds, Oakland. The project proposal includes demolishing an existing commercial building and constructing a four-story residential building with twenty-eight condominiums. KTGY Architects, Signature Development Group and Ripley Designs are managing the concept and design of this project.
