New building permits have been filed for 2550 Irving Street, a 100 percent affordable housing project in San Francisco’s Sunset District. The seven-story project will create 90 units less than a block away from Golden Gate Park. The Tenderloin Neighborhood Development Corporation is responsible for the application.
Final Design Review has been scheduled for a mixed-use project proposed at 2099 Martin Luther King Jr Way in Downtown Berkeley. The project proposal includes the development of a seven-story building offering 72 new dwelling units and retail space. The project will replace a single-story auto service building spanning an area of 3,595 square feet. East Beach Capital is responsible for the project via 2099 MLK LLC. Kava Massih Architects is responsible for the design concepts.
Construction has wrapped up on Prism, a 13-story apartment building at 1028 Market Street in Mid-Market, San Francisco. The project has added 185 new homes to the city’s market, with interiors by IwamotoScott Architecture. The Olympic Residential Group and Tidewater Capital are responsible for the development.
New plans have been filed for a two-story office building at 616 Ramona Street in University South, Palo Alto. The project will replace a similarly sized office building on-site. The Hayes Group is the project applicant and architect responsible for the design.
A new residential project has been proposed for construction at 2129-2125 Marconi Avenue in Sacramento. The project proposal includes the development of two new fourplexes connected together rising two stories high. Plans call for the demolition of the three existing single-family residences on the site. Pham Oz Property LLC is the property owner.
