Commercial new building permits have been filed for the proposed seven-story apartment complex at 2130 J Street in Boulevard Park, Sacramento. The filing comes nine months after the project developer secured entitlements from the city. Teichert-subsidiary Stonebridge Properties is the property owner and sponsor.
New building permits have been filed to construct an Additional Dwelling Unit behind 1704 Irving Street in Inner Sunset, San Francisco. The project proposal includes the construction of a two-story single-family residential building with an ADU.
The City of Sunnyvale celebrated the official opening of Meridian, a new affordable housing complex at 397 South Mathilda Avenue. The Santa Clara County town worked with Related California to start construction in March 2022. The developer has now finished the site with 90 homes, public amenities, and landscaped open space.
Construction has topped out for 11 Innes Court in Hunters Point, San Francisco. The project proposal includes the development of a 100% affordable housing complex yielding a total built-up area of 19,792 square feet.
Construction is wrapping up for the 14-story student dorm at 1950 Oxford Street in Downtown Berkeley, Alameda County. The project, named the Helen Diller Anchor House, is expected to open in time to welcome UC Berkeley transfer students for the Fall semester this year.
