The project proposal includes the demolition of a surface parking lot and the construction of a two-story mixed-use building with residential and commercial spaces. HK3 Development is the project owner. Ellis Architects Inc is managing the design concepts and construction.
Demolition permits have been filed for the existing four-story building at 1510 Webster Street to make a new 19-story mixed-use high-rise. The application comes after the planning commission approved the 182-unit affordable housing proposal in March of this year. oWOW is responsible for the development and design, operating through 1510 Webster Street LLC.

The project, located at Harvey Milk Plaza in Castro District, is an endeavor to honor the contributions and legacy of Harvey Milk. Tarlton Properties have filed an application to propose a new multi-structure office development at 995-1005 O’Brien Drive and 1300 Willow Road in Menlo Park, San Mateo County. The project would create a five-story and four-story research and development building alongside a new parking structure. The offices will be less than a mile from the Facebook Headquarters at One Hacker Way.
