The project proposal includes two buildings featuring research and development spaces, a life science center, and office spaces. Plans call for the demolition of three one-story commercial buildings. Tarlton Properties is managing the design concepts and development.
The Emeryville Planning Commission will study plans Thursday for three stocky towers overlooking the Eastshore Freeway at 1650 65th Street. If built, the project would create 144 apartments along with commercial space for offices and laboratories. Longfellow Real Estate Partners is responsible for the application.

The project proposal includes the construction of a double-story building offering recreational and childcare services. San Francisco Planning Commission conducted the design review last year, and now the project moves ahead. The city’s Park Department is developing the project in concert with Mercy Housing and Related California. Leddy Maytum Stacy Architects is managing the design concepts and construction.
Plans are under review for a five-story mixed-use development in San Francisco’s Mission District neighborhood. The proposal would create 15 new apartments. Kotas Pantaleoni Architects is managing the project architecture.
New renderings have been published ahead of an interdepartmental project review meeting of a nine-story mixed-use building with affordable housing at 560 Brannan Street in SoMa, San Francisco. The proposal would add 120 new units to the San Francisco housing market extending from Brannan Street to the mid-block Freelon Street. Aralon Properties is responsible for the development.
