The news comes as Reuben, Junius & Rose, a prominent real estate law firm, submitted a Request for Zoning Administrator Determination to the San Francisco Planning Department. A project developer has not been revealed.
Development permits have been filed seeking the approval of a new residential project at 5484 Bancroft Avenue in Oakland. The project proposal includes the development of a new three-unit residential facility, replacing an existing single-story 3,112 sqaure-foot non residental building damanged in fire. Elpidio Ramos is the project applicant.

The Draft Environmental Impact Report was published last week, making an essential step towards approval, and the project team has announced new refinements based on community feedback.
