Developers are looking at a new property site to build a new home for the JFCS Holocaust Center at 2245-2255 Post Street in Lower Pacific Heights, San Francisco. The project would create a new home for the JFCS Holocaust Center, an educational facility run by the Jewish Family and Children’s Services. Karin Payson Architecture + Design is responsible for the designs.
New permits have been filed for a two-structure residential infill at 2020 U Street in the historic Poverty Ridge neighborhood of Sacramento. The project will bring 40 new homes to the vacant parcel between 20th and 21st Street. Konstantin Tsaplin and Steven Benjamin are listed as the property owners, operating through RMC Capital LLC.
New renovation and expansion work has been proposed for an existing single-family residence located at 7 Bennington Street in Bernal Heights, San Francisco. The project proposal includes interior renovation, expansion on the second floor, and modifications to the front and rear facades.
Residential plans are being pursued for 95 Broadway in Fairfax, Marin County. The School Street project, also named the Modera Fairfax, could replace low-slung commercial structures with 243 homes with retail on a two-acre property in the center of town. Mill Creek Residential is the project sponsor.

The project could add several dozen apartments in the unincorporated North Fair Oaks neighborhood. Affirmed Housing is the project developer, filing through North Fair Oaks Apartments LP.
