New development permits have been filed for multi-family housing at 980-984 Stanford Avenue, Oakland. The scope of project includes construction of one duplex condominium as a part of a four unit development that includes the adjacent lot. Gunkel Architecture is managing the project.
Construction is progressing for a new small-scale office infill at 340 11th Street in SoMa, San Francisco. The project will bring 24,990 additional square feet to an area known to attract tech start-ups. The four-story building rises 55 feet tall, providing extra ceiling space. Along with 14,775 square feet of office space, 4,350 square feet will be opened as ground-floor retail.
Plans for a new residential building at 907 North Capitol Avenue in the Berryessa Neighborhood have been brought to the San Jose Planning Commission. The proposal will demolish one single-family residence, divide the property into seven parcels, with six residential and one common area. Two buildings will be built, each containing three units. Elite Realty Services is responsible for the development, named the Berryesa Home Development.
Permits have been approved for nine new multi-family apartment buildings. The applications will build 74 units in sum as part of the nearly two-thousand unit Boulevard Dublin development in Dublin, Alameda County. Boulevard is a joint project with Brookfield and Lennar. For the permits most recently approved, Lennar is responsible.
Plans for building two single-family residences in the development of 3927, 3929, and 3931 19th Street are expected to have been approved by the Planning Commission in response to a Discretionary Review request. The added units on a low-density block in San Francisco’s Castro District would increase the combined residential offering from three to six. Dydx Realty Inc is responsible for the development.
