Construction is nearly complete for the twelve-story mixed-use Bowes Center at 200 Van Ness Avenue in the Civic Center, San Francisco. The project has already opened its doors to students from the San Francisco Ballet and will eventually offer free student performances to the general public. Mark Cavagnero Associates is responsible for the design.
Construction permits have been sanctioned for developing a new residence at 3871 12th Avenue in Central Oak Park, Sacramento. The project proposal includes the construction of a residential four-plex on a vacant property lot. The project required site plan and design review for a new multi-unit development.
Good Times Investment, LLC is the property owner. Integrated Development Consortium (IDC), LLC is managing the design concepts and construction of the project.
The 33-story office building at 333 Market Street is the 39th tallest building in the Bay Area planned or built with a rooftop height of 472 feet tall. The skyscraper was built between 1979 and 1981 by developer Shorenstein Properties in SoMa, San Francisco. With diamond-shaped precast concrete columns extending uninhibited from the street to the parapet, the modernist tower is the design of Los Angeles-based Gin Wong & Associates.
Development plans have been published for a new mixed-use development at 906 Monroe Street in downtown Santa Clara. The project proposal includes constructing a residence with restaurant and retail spaces. The project requires General Plan Amendment and Rezoning to Planned Development (PD). Lamb Partners LLC is the property owner. Salvatore Caruso Design Corporation (SCDC) is the permit applicant and is managing the design concept and construction.
Construction is underway for a new four-story mixed-use cultural institution at 827-829 Kearny Street in Chinatown, San Francisco. The structure has topped out, with facade installation underway. The project, sponsored by the Marchese Company, will become an expansion to an existing Buddhist temple, the Buddha’s Universal Church.
