The project proposal includes four studio units over two retail spaces planned in the three-story building.

The project aims to provide 101 affordable and 205 market-rate units, along with commercial uses within walking distance to the neighborhood BART station. Holliday Development is responsible for the project.

Construction has passed the first floor for the first of a dozen buildings expected in the Tasman East Specific Plan in Santa Clara. 2233 Calle del Mundo will become a six-story residential building producing 196 apartments across 179,000 square feet. St. Anton Communities is the project developer.
