A preliminary project assessment application has been submitted seeking the approval of a new commercial structure at 250 De Haro in Design District, San Francisco. The project proposal includes the demolition of the existing one-story gym and office building and the construction of a laboratory.
San Francisco-based property developer, Arlon Properties, filed the application.
Newly filed planning permits online show that plans for a seven-story development at 1208 Q Street are ready for building. DR filing permits submitted in late 2020 have been approved. The proposal will add 51 new units to Downtown Sacramento’s housing market, less than ten minutes away from the State Capitol Building. Urban Development + Partners is the property owner and developer.
A pre-application permit has been filed for a 5.6-acre mixed-use development at 3521 Homestead Road in Santa Clara. The project would create residential townhomes, affordable housing for seniors, on-site retail, and a large hotel. The listed applicant, SBH Homestead Properties LLC shares an office address with the private equity company Cypress Investments.
Permits have been submitted seeking the reviewal of floor plans designed for three residences in Fifth Avenue, Sacramento. The site addresses are 2335, 2327, 2343 Fifth Avenue. The project proposal includes three single-family residences with garage space. The landscaping for this project is required to comply with the city’s Water Efficient Landscape Ordinance.

Planning applications have been approved, and new building permits filed to renovate and expand the existing Mission Branch library at 300 Bartlett Street in San Francisco’s Mission District. The city-led proposal would modernize and increase the accessibility of the 107-year old building. The San Francisco Public Works is responsible for the design and application.
