Los Altos Planning Commission has approved a 100 percent affordable housing project for development at 330 Distel Circle, Los Altos. The project proposal includes the construction of a five-story apartment community offering dwelling units at affordable rates. EAH Housing is the project developer.
Excavation work is progressing, with portions of the concrete foundation visible at 2001 Ashby Avenue in South Berkeley, Alameda County.
