The project will be built on a 0.04- parcel between two existing buildings of similar height. Elsey Partners is responsible for the development.
New permit activity has been recorded for 2100 Mission Street, a corner lot on 17th Street, nearby BART in San Francisco’s Mission District. The project will rise six stories, creating 29 new homes and new ground-floor retail. The Toboni Group is responsible for the application.
Permits have been filed seeking the approval of remodeling of a residential project at 4480 17th Street in Corona Heights, San Francisco. The project proposal includes vertical addition to an existing residence on the site.

Construction work is humming along for 198 McAllister Street, phase two for the UC Hastings Academic Village plan in the San Francisco Civic Center neighborhood. The development is a joint venture between UC Hastings College of the Law and Greystar Real Estate Partners. Once complete, the 14-story building will contribute 667 dorm beds for graduate students at UC Hastings and neighboring schools above three floors of academic facilities.
