The San Jose Planning Commission is scheduled to review plans for the Facchino District next to the Berryessa BART Station, Santa Clara County. The 13.05-acre site will contribute to the dense mixed-use master plan. The Bumb family, the Flea Market’s current property owner and founder is responsible for the application.
A new multi-family housing project has been planned for development at 5266 Young Street in Sacramento. The project proposal includes the construction of three new three-story buildings offering a total of 25 residences for families at affordable rates. San Juan Mutual Housing Associates, L.P and Mutual Housing California are the project developers.
New building and demolition permits have been filed for the four-unit residential infill at 169 Bernard Street and 1270 Pacific Avenue in Nob Hill, San Francisco. The project will create three primary units and one ADU on the narrow parcel between Pacific Avenue and Bernard Street, including the adaptive reuse of the existing two-story home. Berkeley-based DMARCstudio is responsible for the design.
Construction has topped out for the expansion of the Cordilleras Health Center at 200 Edmonds Road in Redwood City, San Mateo County. The replacement project will expand the county-owned mental health treatment space nestled within two open space preserves on the San Francisco Peninsula. Skanska is the project’s general contractor.
New plans have been revealed for a four-story residential infill at 2419 Lombard Street in Cow Hollow, San Francisco. The proposal will create 15 homes above retail. CBW Construction is the project applicant.
