A recent site visit by YIMBY has captured the construction progress for Aggie Square, an innovation hub rising in the UC Davis Sacramento campus. The project will create a new dense hub on campus for life sciences, education, student housing, and parking. Wexford Science & Technology and GMH Capital Partners are joint developers.
Formal permits have been filed for a new residential development at 4220 Network Circle in Santa Clara. The application invokes the Builder’s Remedy to push forward construction on roughly half of the Oracle-owned office campus with hundreds of homes. Valley Oak Partners is the project developer.

Permits have been filed for a new four-story apartment infill at 345-349 3rd Avenue in San Francisco’s Inner Richmond. The plans will demolish an existing 1898-built three-story home. Schaub Li Architects is sponsoring the project on behalf of the property owner, Diana Y. Chou.
