The meeting will discuss the residential project’s preliminary development plans and the Final Development plans (FDP) for the Master Street and Open Space Improvements. The FDP will cover new roads and open spaces that will be produced to benefit the many potential residents. Madison Park is the developer for the project.
Development permits have been filed to construct a multi-family residential building on 1705 Mandela Parkway in Oakland’s Prescott neighborhood. The total site area is 14,668 square feet.
