Developments permits have been filed for approving the construction of a new building on 1068 Florida Street in the Mission District of San Francisco. The permits reveal a proposal to erect a four-story, type 5B residential building. The building will feature three units and no basement. Gregory Smith Architecture & Design is managing the design concept and construction of the project.
New planning permits have been filed for a mixed-use building at 123 Sherman Avenue in Palo Alto, Santa Clara County. The development will produce 76 units wrapped around a three-story office structure. Mountain View-based WSJ Properties is responsible for the property.
Permits have been approved to reduce residential units to be built at 10500 International Boulevard in the Elmhurst neighborhood of Oakland. The move reduces the eventual construction from offering 529 units to 393. While phase one is currently underway to build a seven-story and 324 unit structure, a planned phase two will now build just 69 units versus the initial 205 proposed. AMG & Associates LLC is responsible for the application.
