Trumark Homes recently announced that The Strand at Loch Lomond Marina in San Rafael has opened for sale. The new residential community includes 37 residences offered as a mix of single-family homes, townhomes, and condominium flats.
Updated designs have been published for a residential proposal at 2055 Chestnut Street in San Francisco’s Marina District. The proposal will replace a 0.66-acre property occupied by surface parking and a single-story structure with rental housing, retail spaces, and a grocery store. The San Francisco-based Prado Group, an active real estate investment firm and developer, is responsible for the development.
Renderings have been published along with CEQA review Notice of Determination for Home2 Suites by Hilton hotel at 2112 Loveridge Road in Pittsburg, an industrial suburb of Contra Costa County. Construction will bring 115 new guest rooms to the city. Platinum Hospitality Inc, based in Santa Rosa, is the owner.
A preliminary application has been filed seeking the approval of a residential project at 323 Lester Avenue in Alameda County, Oakland. The project proposal includes the construction of a multi-unit residential development. The site currently houses a duplex. Dinar & Associates is the project applicant and the architecture firm responsible for the design concepts.
Development plans are moving forward for Sequoia Station, a six-structure mixed-use proposal to reshape the downtown of San Mateo County’s third-largest city. The Los Angeles-based private real estate company, Lowe, has spent $73 million acquiring the second half of the block around 1057 El Camino Real in Redwood City. The firm looks to construct three million square feet of housing and offices, parking, and public open space.
