The project proposal includes the development of a market-rate apartment complex with onsite amenities. Mogavero Architects is responsible for the design concepts and construction.
New renderings have been revealed for the historic rehabilitation and expansion of 1130 K Street, an office building in the heart of Downtown Sacramento. The proposal will rehabilitate the 150,000 square foot office building, with a 42,000 square foot addition on top. Fox Creek Fund LLC is responsible for the development.
A new large-scale residential community has been proposed in Tehama. The project proposal includes the development of a housing community with amenities with phased development occurring over a 10-year period. American Pacific Nine Mile LLC is the project applicant.
Renderings have been filed for a transit-oriented mixed-use development proposed at 605 Blossom Hill Road in San Jose. The project proposal includes the development of a mixed-use hub featuring retail and residential spaces. The land is occupied by a parking lot for bus and light rail users. The apartments will be built by Green Republic Blossom Hill LLC, which is a joint venture between Swenson Builders, affordable housing developer EAH Housing and Republic Urban Properties, a privately-owned real estate investment, development, and management firm.
New renderings have been revealed for a proposed commercial infill at 212 Ritch Street in SoMa, San Francisco. The proposal would replace a two-story commercial structure and a vacant lot with offices and a new restaurant space. Y.A. Studio is the project’s architect.
