Construction will create two new office buildings and a parking garage. The project is a joint venture with King Street Properties and Helios Real Estate Partners.
New building and demolition permits have been filed for the five-story residential infill at 578 7th Street in Downtown Oakland, Alameda County. The proposal will replace a single-story structure with apartments designed by one of the Bay Area’s most prominent architecture firms, Stanley Saitowitz | Natoma Architects. Riaz Capital is the project developer.
Building permit applications have been filed for a residential project proposed at 919 Stanford Avenue in Oakland. The project proposal includes the development of a three-story building offering multi-family dwelling units. Plans call for the reconstruction of the damaged commercial building.

The project would replace 12 acres with over 1.5 million square feet across three 11-story buildings. DivcoWest is the project developer.

The project will create new senior affordable housing connected with the block’s existing three buildings on St. Mark’s Square. The John Stewart Company is the project application on behalf of the property owner, Martin Luther Towner Inc.
