The project proposal includes the construction of a three-story residential building using SB-9. Plans call for the demolition of the existing one-story single-family building on the site. MML Architect is responsible for the designs.
Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority has entered a formal lease agreement to construct a ten-story affordable housing project on the vacant lot next to the Berryessa Transit Center in San Jose, Santa Clara County. Affirmed Housing Group is now working to create 195 units of low-income housing for individuals and families within the planned transit-oriented Urban Village.
Pre-application permits have been filed for a four-story affordable housing build at 320 Sheridan Drive in Menlo Park, San Mateo County. The plans will revive a vacant parcel at the end of a cul de sac in a suburban neighborhood with an 85-unit housing community. Alliant Strategic Development is listed as the project developer.
