The project proposal includes the construction of a new three-story mixed-use building offering spaces for retail and residential uses. Urban Capital LLC is the project applicant. Williams + Paddon is responsible for the designs.

Truebeck Construction has rapidly transformed the flat plot of land with a six-story steel structure in less than a year for the largest of four buildings for the Life Sciences campus in less than a year. Alexandria Real Estate Equities is the project developer. Eikon Therapeutics will be the anchor tenant.

Just three months after an official groundbreaking, Level 10 Construction has already finished excavation, with portions of the foundation now visible. The Liberation Park Residences and Market Hall will replace an unbuilt parcel with 120 affordable houses and a permanent location for the farmers market that operates on Liberation Park today. The filing was expedited thanks to Senate Bills 35 and 330.
