The project will create a 151-key hotel managed by Marriott across from the UC Davis Medical Health Center, as well as expansion plans for Aggie Square. Leeland Properties is the project client.
Permits Have been filed seeking the approval of a residential project at 679 El Camino Avenue in Sacramento. The project proposal includes the development of a new duplex apartment to replace the existing building that was destroyed a couple of years ago.

Updated designs have been published for a six-story mixed-use project at 3260 26th Street in San Francisco’s Mission District. The proposal will replace a single-story automobile repair shop with 37 new homes above ground-level retail. Kerman Morris Architects is managing the design.
