The 22-story office tower at 350 California Street in San Francisco’s Financial District has been sold for $61 Million, less than a quarter of the initial asking price. The property was sold by Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group to the joint venture of Swig Company and SKS Partners.
The City of Menlo Park has approved plans for the large residential infill at 123 Independence Drive in Menlo Park, San Mateo County. The proposal will reshape an 8.15-acre parcel with 432 apartments next to an adjacent residential development. The Sobrato Organization is responsible for the development.

The City of Sacramento’s Planning Department has approved the design review and site plan application for 1121 I Street in Downtown Sacramento. The eight-story infill aims to replace an auto service shop and low-slung commercial structures with 204 apartments in the heart of the city, one block from City Hall.
