City officials and the development team gathered yesterday afternoon to celebrate the opening of Randall, a new affordable apartment complex in Healdsburg, Sonoma County. The development has replaced a former wood mill with 41 affordable homes. Eden Housing partnered with Replay Resorts to head development. Eden will serve as property management for future residents.
