Windy Hill Property Ventures is responsible for the development as the property owner. The development will create office space and five new homes as part of the developer’s extensive plans east of the San Mateo train tracks.

The project proposal includes the division of a parcel with two single-unit dwellings into eight parcel to develop five single-family detached homes. Aras Design & Construction, Inc is the project applicant.

The proposal aims to capitalize on the district’s urban qualities and access to public transit.
New renderings have been filed for a 100% affordable housing development at 2530 18th Street in San Francisco’s Mission District neighborhood. The eight-story project will expand the Homeless Prenatal Program facilities and create 73 new homes. HPP is the property owner, represented by the Equity Community Builders. Mercy Housing is the developer.
