The alteration will make use of recent amendments to the State Density Bonus Program. SIA Consulting is sponsoring the development.
Permits have been filed for mixed adaptive reuse of 2630 5th Street in the Upper Land Park neighborhood of Sacramento. The development will transform the vacant brick structure into a market building with attached apartments. Once complete, it will go by the name, ‘The Market Club at the Mill.’ The Market Club Investors LLC owns the building, with Abbott Taylor Architecture responsible for the design.
Building permits have been filed for a duplex at 1423-1425 20th Street in Sacramento’s Midtown neighborhood. The structure will yield a combined 4,014 square feet. The first unit will contain 1,800 units, with 2,200 square feet for the other. GRAber-Rasmussen Architects is responsible for the design.

The development will produce four new residential units. A ground-floor commercial retail space will be included. The developer was not listed on public documents.
New building permits have been filed for 150 Kingston Street in the Bernal Heights neighborhood of San Francisco, two blocks from 3515 Mission Street, also covered today by SFYIMBY. Once approved, the proposal will bring two units to what is currently a single-family house. Frank Worsley, the building owner, is responsible for the development.
