Development permits have been filed seeking the approval of a hotel project proposed for development at 3664 North Freeway Boulevard in Sacramento. The project proposal includes the construction of a new four-story hotel with onsite parking. Bluespring Hospitality LLC is the property owner. Iyer and Associates Architects is responsible for the designs.

New renderings have been published for the proposed 17-story apartment tower at 2420 Shattuck Avenue in Downtown Berkeley, Alameda County.
