The project will replace a single-story auto-service building with 48 apartments and retail across from Ashby Plaza and Berkeley Bowl West. Aron Developers is responsible for the application.
The Draft Environmental Impact Report has been re-filed for the Hyatt Place proposal in Half Moon Bay along the San Mateo County coast. The proposal would build undeveloped land with 129 new guest rooms while leaving 40 percent of the five-acre lot as open space. Mason Architects is responsible for the design.

The project would replace a surface parking lot at the corner of Folsom and 10th Street with 72 bedrooms above ground-level retail.
