Both the project developer and city staff rebuke each claim as inaccurate and an attempt to stall the high-rise residential addition to the neighborhood.

The plan calls to replace several low-rise commercial structures and asphalt with hundreds of thousands of square feet of office space, a few dozen units of affordable housing, and a childcare facility.
