Preliminary permits have been filed for an eight-story residential infill at 1736-1738 Filbert Street near San Francisco’s Marina District. The proposal uses Senate Bill 423 and the State Density Bonus law to become one of the tallest structures within blocks in the affluent and busy neighborhood. Rene Peinado of MEEDL LLC is the project applicant on behalf of the property owner and their spouse, Amy McDougall.
A residential project has been proposed for development at 68 Willow Road in Menlo Park. The project proposal includes the development of a residential community offering 50 units, 99,015 square feet of total floor area, within eight building rising three-story high. 68 Willow Owner LLC is the project developer. SDG Architects is responsible for the designs.
Just over a month after its announcement, the new Bay Area women’s soccer team, Bay FC, has filed permits for the new permanent training facility at 449 Avenue H on Treasure Island, San Francisco. The application will create a two-story facility and three soccer fields. The Treasure Island Development Authority is listed as the property owner.
New permits have been filed for the affordable proposal at 6733 Foothill Boulevard, close to Oakland’s Eastmont Town Center. The application shows a significant plan shift for AMG & Associates, pivoting away from two six-story apartments with over five hundred units to 167 dwellings across three structures. AMG and The Pacific Companies are jointly responsible for the development.
