Move-ins started this month, with a range of studios to three-bedroom apartments. Lennar Corporation’s subsidiary, Quarterra Multifamily, is responsible for the project.
Development permits have been filed seeking the approval of a new residential project proposed at 2432 Myrtle Street in Oakland. The project proposal includes the construction of a new residential building offering 10 dwelling units. The project site is currently developed with an abandoned single-family residence. ADU Design Group is listed as the project applicant.

The project will bring eight apartments to a site currently occupied by surface parking. The property is owned by the Police Credit Union, the same institution that once worked from 2550 Irving Street, where construction crews are moving forward with affordable housing.
