The project proposal includes the development of two new fourplexes connected together rising two stories high. Plans call for the demolition of the three existing single-family residences on the site. Pham Oz Property LLC is the property owner. Boulevard Construction Inc is the architect responsible for the design concepts.

Crews have started with the first four of eleven new structures to replace 28 acres of surface parking once used for the San Francisco Giants Oracle Park visitors. New renderings have been published for a three-story residential infill at 739 Sutter Avenue in Midtown, Palo Alto. The project hopes to replace an eight-unit apartment complex with twelve townhome units, including some affordable houses. Pleasanton-based DAHLIN Group is responsible for the design.
Partial demolition work has started on the vacant warehouse at 901 16th Street in Potrero Hill, San Francisco. The property will soon be built up with a new location for the San Francisco Wholesale Flower Market. 901 16th Street LLC is listed as responsible for the development.
