New building permits have been filed for a five-unit addition at 550 27th Street in San Francisco’s Noe Valley neighborhood. The residential capacity will increase thirty percent from 16 to 21. Drake Gardner, a real estate development consultant at ZoneDesign Development, is responsible for the alterations.
New facilities are expected for the Cordilleras Mental Health Facility at 200 Edmonds Road in Redwood City, San Mateo County, on the San Francisco Peninsula. The development will include five structures, the tallest rising three floors. Skanska USA Building Inc is the contractor, while the property owner is the County of San Mateo. Construction is estimated to cost over $100 million.
New building permits have been filed for seven single-family houses along Firestar Way in North Natomas, a fast-growing neighborhood in Sacramento. The batch of housing permits will be a part of the Entrada II development, led by the Alameda County-based developer Signature Homes.
Construction permits have been filed for remodeling 135 Graystone Terrace Twin Peaks, San Francisco. The project proposal includes front and rear yard remodeling and expansion along with interior renovation. A studio dwelling unit is also proposed to be added in the existing residence. The project requires fourteen feet of excavation. Red Dot Studio is the architect managing the design and construction of the remodeling project.
New building permits have been filed for a mixed-use structure at 11880 Skyline Boulevard in Oakland’s Crestmont neighborhood. The plan will bring 20 new units to the plot and three thousand square feet of commercial retail. Parking for twenty vehicles will be included on-site. Maracor Development is responsible for the project.
