Permits have been filed to expand the residential 4434 Fulton Street in Central Richmond, San Francisco. The development will add three new accessory dwelling units, or ADUs, by replacing existing garage space, including adding two new doors in place of the garage doors. In total, the project is estimated to cost $185,000. Santos & Urrutia Inc are listed as responsible for the development.
Lendlease’s planning application for constructing a 333-unit tower at 30 Van Ness Avenue has finally been sent to the city government. The filing calls for 333 new condominiums and five commercial spaces, all in a 520-foot tower in the Hub, SoMa, San Francisco. Australian-based developer Lendlease is responsible for the project.
Permits have been filed to add six units to the three-story multi-family structure at 2522 Quint Street, on the western edge of Bayview in Silver Terrace, San Francisco. The address is just a few blocks away from the San Bruno Avenue commercial thoroughfare. Several bus lines all within a ten-minute walk.
Permits have been filed for new residencies at 289-299 Castro Street in Duboce Triangle, San Francisco. The site is between 16th street and Beaver Street. MUNI’s light rail is one block away at the Castro station.
Renderings have shown the 30-story tower expected to rise at 605 South 2nd Street in Downtown San Jose. The infill high rise will significantly contribute to the city skyline, as it would be just eight feet shorter than the tallest structure, MIRO. The sky-high structure will yield roughly 300,00 square feet split between residential and parking. Anderson Architects Inc. is responsible for the design.
