A reduced new application has been filed for the eight-structure residential proposal for 2629 5th Street in Upper Land Park, Sacramento. Dubbed Maven on 5th, the proposal will construct a Garden Style apartment complex with several structures and a clubhouse. 29th Street Capital Real Estate Investments is sponsoring the development.
New plans have been filed for Villa Fruitvale, a 100% affordable residential infill planned for 3751 International Boulevard in Fruitvale, Oakland. The project will replace a few single-story commercial structures and a surface parking lot with 180 new homes, all for affordable housing. Oakbrook Partners is responsible for the application.
Tidewater Capital has filed new plans for an eight-story apartment complex for 533 Kirkham Street in West Oakland. The proposal aims to replace surface parking with 289 new units, adding new homes one block from BART’s West Oakland Station. The plans are joined by several other major plans that hope to establish a new transit-oriented high-density hub.

The project proposal includes the development of a multi-family mixed-use township. The proposal requests to revise the approved tentative subdivision map of the proposed township. Chicago-based 29th Street Capital is managing the project development. Jacobs Engineering Group, formerly known as Carter & Burgess LLC is managing the architecture design and construction.
David Baker Architects have revealed new renderings for the 14-story residential infill at 921 O’Farrell Street in San Francisco. The proposal will replace a vacant single-story structure with 50 new homes above new ground-floor retail. A third of all units will be permanently affordable units in San Francisco’s Home SF program.
