Renderings have been published for a five-story residential infill at 347 10th Street, located between Folsom and Harrison Street in SoMa, San Francisco. The project would replace a two-story duplex with nine new homes. HC Design and Build is responsible for the design.
Construction is underway for 1175 Aster Avenue, a transit-oriented apartment complex in Sunnyvale, Santa Clara County. The 412-unit building is within walking distance of Caltrain’s Lawrence Station, connecting riders from San Francisco through San Jose, as far south as Gilroy. Olympic Residential Group is responsible for the master plan, with design by Studio T Square.
A new residential project is proposed to be developed at 1827 Broadway in Sacramento. The project proposal includes the development of a four-story apartment building offering spaces for retail and residential use. Plans call for the demolition of an existing building on the site. A separate demolition permit will be filed to clear up the site.
Updated renderings have been revealed with detailed plans for the Monarch Bay Shoreline Development project, poised to reshape 75 acres of the San Leandro waterfront. The plans would reshape a swath of surface parking and a portion of an existing golf course into 491 residential units, a 210-room hotel, and shops between Marina Park and the Oakland International Airport in Alameda County. The project is a public-private partnership with the City of San Leandro and Cal Coast Companies.
A new residential community has been propsoed at 105 Panhandle in Sacramento. The project proposal includes the development of a mixed income residential community offering 1,662 single-family residential units, recreational areas, open space, and an elementary school. Moonfide LLC is the project owner. Kevin L Crook Architect Inc is responsible for the planning and architecture. MLC Holdings, located in San Ramon, is the project applicant.
