New plans have been filed to construct two new homes with ADUs at 216 and 218 Montana Street in San Francisco’s Oceanview neighborhood. The project will replace an existing home and split the lot to create four dwelling units. Mr. Stephen Kong of SK Construction is listed as the property representative.
New permits have been filed for a four-story hotel at 4580 Duckhorn Drive in Natomas, Sacramento. The plan will add to a cluster of hotels to serve the nearby Sacramento International Airport. The site is close by car but nearly inaccessible to the airport via public transit. The project is expected to become a Home2 Suites by Hilton.
SummerHill Homes has submitted preliminary plans for a new townhome-style residential complex at 90 East Tasman Drive in San Jose, Santa Clara County. The plan is the latest in a series to replace low-slung offices with housing in the South Bay. Once complete, the proposal expects to create 110 dwelling units.
Development permits have been filed seeking the approval for new residential project proposed for development at 458 29th Street in Noe Valley, San Francisco. The project proposal includes the construction of a new three-story residence. Plans call for the demolition of the existing single-family residence on the site. Corwil Architects is responsible for the designs.
Wednesday was busy for San Francisco’s senior housing non-profit Self-Help for the Elderly. In the evening, SHE had scheduled their first community outreach regarding over two hundred affordable senior homes proposed along Ocean Beach in the Sunset. During the day, Mayor London Breed announced the acquisition of 933 Clement Street in the Richmond District for SHE to convert into affordable senior housing and a community dining space.
