The development will produce 69 rental units above retail, including some affordable housing. 955 Post LLC is the project sponsor responsible for the development on behalf of Millbrae resident Frank Wong.
Pre-application has been filed seeking the approval of large-scale residential development in Discovery Bay, Contra Costa County. The project proposal includes the construction of a 2,900-unit subdivision community. TES Development is the project developer.

New building permits have been filed to renovate 1000 Sutter Street into permanent supportive housing for unhoused residents in San Francisco’s Nob Hill neighborhood. The project aims to contribute 232 new dwelling units to address the housing crisis through the state’s Project Homekey fund.
