Facebook and Signature Release New Renderings of Willow Village, Menlo Park

Facebook and Signature Development Group have announced that they have submitted newly detailed planning documents for their proposed mixed-use district dubbed Willow Village in Menlo Park, San Mateo County. The proposal will cover nearly 60 acres with a mixture of housing, office space, retail, and public parks. Two phases of construction will yield over 3.3 million square feet of built area. OMA, one of the most influential architecture firms still active, is responsible for the design.

Renderings Revealed For Affordable Housing At 730 Stanyan Street, San Francisco

Development permits have been submitted for new six-story affordable housing at 730 Stanyan Street in Haight-Ashbury, San Francisco. The project proposal includes the construction of residential units intended to house homeless households. Commercial spaces will be located on the ground floor, serving the surrounding neighborhood. YA Studio is managing the design concepts and construction of the project.

The project will bring sixty-three residential units and 10,560 square feet of light industrial use. Align Real Estate is responsible for the development.

The 100-foot structure will bring just under 50,000 square feet of office space along with 8,540 square feet of retail. Aralon Properties is responsible for the project as the property owner.

The project proposal includes the demotion of the single-family residence and the construction of a four-story residential building with two units and two off-street parking spaces. The parcel is located on the east side of 27th Avenue Geary Boulevard and Anza Street. SIA Consulting is managing the design and construction of this project.

Renderings have been revealed for a new four-story single-family building at 3669 21st Street in Noe Valley, San Francisco. The proposal will be a luxury addition to the abandoned parcel, with design from the same architecture firm behind one of the most expensive homes ever sold in the city. An additional dwelling unit, or ADU, will be included on the first level. PBC Holding LLC is responsible for the development as the property owner.

The proposal is for a 14-story mixed-use structure with residencies, hotel, and retail use. Venture Oaks Real Estate Group is responsible for the application, filing through the Sacramento Capitol Hotel LLC.

The 7-plex will contribute to as many as 400 units on a waterfront 22.8-acre property site looking over Oakland’s Jack London Square. Pulte Homes is responsible for the development.

Rehabilitation Permits Approved For 300 Checkers Drive, San Jose

The project proposal includes the acquisition and rehabilitation of forty-nine buildings containing 700 units. The residential buildings stand on the northeast corner of Checkers Drive and McKee Road and span over approximately 0.67 acres. Community Preservation Partners, LLC, is managing the project.

The developer Urban Catalyst has purchased the lots required to build a 184-unit residential project at 486-498 West San Carlos Street in Downtown West, San Jose, and inside the Diridon Station Area Plan. The project will provide new housing right near the existing transit station, of which nine will be sold as affordable for very low-income residents.
