A preliminary application has been submitted seeking the approval of a residential project at 3705 Haven Street Avenue in Menlo Park. The project proposal includes the development of a three-story residential building. The residential building will replace the existing office building on the site. Oliver Davis via March Capital Fund is the project applicant.
New renderings have been published for One Oak, representing the second public design iteration by Solomon Cordwell Buenz for the 40-story mixed-use tower expected to rise in San Francisco’s Civic Center. The project will create 460 new homes, retail, and a public plaza along Oak Street. Build Inc., the property owner.
The University of California Board of Regents has approved plans and a $4.3 billion budget to build 1.5 million square feet for the UCSF Parnassus Heights campus in San Francisco. The master plan expands the medical complex’s constrained capacity with design by Herzog & de Meuron. According to UCSF, construction is expected to start next year.
A new residential project has been proposed on Terracina Drive in Sacramento. The project proposal includes the development of 22 three-story apartment buildings offering 200 residential units. Roseville-based Fuhrman Leamy Land Group is the landscape architect on the project.
Less than a month after YIMBY covered new renderings, the Oakland Design Review Committee is scheduled to review plans for 1919 Webster Street in Downtown Oakland. The meeting, scheduled for today at 3 PM, will review plans for two projects rising either 280 or 400 feet high. Ellis Partners is responsible for the application.
