Discovery Design Group is managing the design concepts and construction.

The project will retain the existing two floors of office space while creating nine new affordable low-income rental units restricted for artists. The documents came with a request for a project review meeting with the city’s planning department. Martinkovic Milford Architects is responsible for the design.
The Fremont City Planning Commission has successfully approved a housing project proposed at 41829-41975 Osgood Road in Irvington District, Fremont. The project proposal includes the development of affordable housing close to a planned future BART station. The project also requires the demolition of existing houses on the project site.
The 28th tallest building in the Bay Area planned or built is 425 Market Street, located in SoMa, San Francisco. The 524-foot tall office building rises on the south side of the city’s main artery, holding nearly a million square feet of office space. The building was finished in 1973 with the architecture by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill.
