The project proposal includes the construction of a three-story residential community developed with 22 apartments and 70 townhomes with open and onsite parking space. KTGY Architecture + Planning is responsible for the design concepts. SummerHill Homes is the project developer. The Guzzardo Partnership is the landscape architect.
Recently adjusted plans have been filed for the massive office proposal at 725 Harrison Street in SoMa, San Francisco. The base proposal was already approved in 2019, and the new modifications slightly expand the office and industrial components. Boston Properties is responsible for the application.
Construction is wrapping up for Berkeley’s largest 100% affordable housing project at 2012 Berkeley Way. The project, dubbed Berkeley Way, will add a mix of affordable housing, permanent supportive housing, and a new 44-bed shelter. BRIDGE Housing and the Berkeley Food & Housing Project are jointly responsible for the development.

The project proposal includes the development of a 12-story mixed-use building offering residential spaces and office spaces in two towers alongwith onsite parking. Pacific Resources First American LLC is the project developer.
Demolition permits have been filed for the existing single-story commercial structure at 1567 California Street in Polk Gulch, San Francisco. The property is expected to be replaced by a nine-story mixed-use infill with housing and new retail space along the street. David Baker Architects will design the new building.
