San Ramon’s Architectural Review Board is scheduled to hear plans for a multi-family proposal to develop 500 Deerwood Road in the Contra Costa County city. The proposal would create 57 units, of which nine would be priced at below-market rates. The True Life Companies is managing the development through TTLC San Ramon Deerwood LLC.
Plans to replace Natomas Sports Club gym move ahead as new permits have been filed seeking the approval of an apartment community at 2450 Natomas Park Drive in South Natomas, Sacramento. The project proposal includes the demolition of the gym and the construction of a residential complex. Demmon Partners is the project developer. LPAS Architecture + Design is managing the design concepts and construction.
The City of San Francisco has issued the preliminary project assessment (PPA) for a 30-story mixed-use tower with affordable housing proposed for 1338-1370 Mission Street in SoMa, San Francisco. Plans for the 287-unit high-rise were first revealed in April of 2021 across three separate filings. Now that the PPA has been issued, the developers, Malex Holdings, must file the project application within 18 months or submit the document again.
A new application has been filed revealing updated project details for an eight-story mixed-use building at 988 Harrison Street in SoMa, San Francisco. The proposal would create 100 new dwelling units along with ground-level retail. JS Sullivan Development is responsible for the project, taking over earlier plans by Workshop1.
