Project permits are under review for a proposed affordable housing project at 3090 South Bascom Avenue, located in the neighborhood of Cambrian Community, along the southern edge of San Jose. The five-story affordable housing proposal would add 79 new units to the San Jose market. The San Diego-based developer, Affirmed Housing, is responsible for the project.
New development permits have been filed for a new four-story garage at 3903 Broadway in Mosswood, Oakland. The property spans from Broadway to Manila Avenue, including the existing Masonic Temple office building to remain. The parking garage will let off to Manila, creating 219 parking spaces for office employees. Meridian is responsible for the project as the real estate developer.
Permits have been filed seeking the approval of a residential project at 1310 C Street in Mansion Flats, Sacramento. The project proposal includes the development of sixteen three-story single-family townhomes with balconies. Next Generation Capital (NGC) is the project developer.
Developers have filed a pre-application for a small residential development at 2401 Adeline Street in the McClymonds neighborhood of West Oakland. The project would add 18 new affordable dwellings to the city’s housing market. Studio KDA is managing the project as the architect.
SFYIMBY has revealed new plans for the mixed-use development of 600 Hartz Avenue, currently occupied by FAZ Restaurants in Downtown Danville, Contra Costa County. The proposal would create 37 new townhomes along with space for two commercial retail shops. The Address Company, a local firm, is responsible for the development.
