The project will rise six stories above 15th Street, with a rear-yard building offering four townhome-style units. Veev, a start-up based in San Mateo, is the project developer and contractor.

The proposal would reshape an existing parking lot with 524 homes, retail, and a covered pedestrian plaza with seating for the public. Scandinavia-based Henning Larsen is the design architect.
