Developers are moving forward with property sales for the Seely Avenue master plan in North San Jose, Santa Clara County. Hanover Company has reportedly purchased 22.2 acres around 2620 Seely Avenue, with plans to follow through with the recently approved proposal for over a thousand apartments alongside open space and retail. Hanover sold an additional seven acres to SummerHill Homes for the townhome component.
Development permits have been filed seeking the approval of a new residential project proposed for development at 445 Ortega Street in Golden Gate Heights, San Francisco. The project proposal includes the development of four new residences. The project calls for the demolition of an existing single-family dwelling on the site.
Preliminary permits have been filed for a large suburban subdivision at 8930 Watsonville Road in Gilroy, Santa Clara County. The project will replace a large plot of agricultural land with nearly three hundred single-family homes around an artificial lake. Swenson Builders is responsible for the application.

Recent plans have been filed to convert a reconstructed three-story brick building at 117 J Street in Old Sacramento to become a 14-key hotel. The existing structure is a reconstruction of the gold rush-era Sacramento Daily Union Building. Sacramento-based Bollinger Family 2012 LLC is listed as the current property owner.
