The Berkeley Design Review Committee is scheduled to review plans tomorrow for the eight-story residential infill at 2037 Durant Avenue in Downtown Berkeley. The plan will bring dozens of homes to the city’s core thoroughfare. Studio KDA is the project’s architect and sponsor.
The San Francisco Planning Commission is scheduled to vote tomorrow on an extension request for the approval of 530 Sansome Street, a potential mixed-use tower in San Francisco’s Financial District. The plan could add either a 200-key hotel or 256 apartments into the heart of the city if built. Related Companies is the project developer.
Construction has topped out less than a year after the groundbreaking for the seven-story affordable senior housing complex at 4200 Geary Boulevard in San Francisco’s Richmond District. The project will add nearly a hundred homes to the busy neighborhood. The Tenderloin Neighborhood Development Corporation is the project developer.
