The project will bring 161 new affordable apartments by replacing a vacant strip mall in South San Jose. USA Properties Fund is responsible for the application.
Updated plans have been filed for a three-story residential infill at 5527 Vicente Way in Shafter, Oakland. The new application has more than doubled the potential housing capacity from the developer’s 2021 filing. Each of the homes will be available for ownership, with one affordable residence. Lafayette-based Branagh Development is the property owner.
