New information has been released ahead of the San Francisco Planning Commission meeting tomorrow about the Foster + Partners-designed Block 7A tower in Potrero Power Station development in Dogpatch. The 264-foot tall building will create 325 new apartments on top of ground-level retail overlooking the Power Station public park.
Public notice has been published ahead of the public review of 3832 18th Street by the San Francisco planning commission on July 15th. The development seeks to add 19 group-housing apartments to the city’s housing market in the Mission District. SIA Consulting is managing the project and design.
Permits have been filed seeking the review of a new mixed-use development at 2902 Adeline Street in South Berkeley. The project proposal includes the construction of a six-story mixed-use building offering residential and commercial spaces. The project requires the demolition of one residential building and one mixed-use development. Realtex Apartments LLC is the project applicant and property owner. Trachtenberg Architects is managing the design concepts and construction.
Construction has reached the top floor as facade installation makes significant progress at 333 West San Fernando Street, in Downtown San Jose. The development is set to open the Adobe North Tower, expanding the international software company’s already significant office presence in the city center.
New renderings have been published for a proposed 50-unit townhouse development at 166 East Fremont Avenue in Sunnyvale, Santa Clara County. The project will demolish one low-rise commercial building and renovate another on the easterly portion of the existing Fremont Corners shopping center. The San Ramon-based True Life Companies is responsible for the development.
