A new mixed-use project has been proposed at 980-1030 O’Brien Drive in Menlo Park. The project proposal includes the development of a new three-story building offering spaces for research and development uses along with commercial spaces. Plans call for the demolition of two single-story commercial buildings. R & M Properties is the project applicant.
Tomorrow, new plans will be reviewed for an eight-story residential project at 1766 El Camino Real, located by the Millbrae BART Station in Burlingame, San Mateo County. The project will rise above the El Camino highway, bringing 311 new apartments across from the Mills-Peninsula Medical Center, various shops, and a grocery store. Carmel Partners is responsible for the application.
Development permits have benefited seeking the approval of a residential project at 125 Camille Court in Alamo, Contra Costa County. The project proposal includes the development of a new two-story single-family residence on a vacant property lot.
Updated renderings have been published for the two-structure residential infill proposed for 2536 California Street in the affluent Pacific Heights neighborhood of San Francisco. While the previous rendering shows the building facing California, this new design presents the view from Perine Place, the alley on the property’s north end. EAG Studio is the project architect.
Since our last update in June of 2021, crews have made significant progress toward realizing The Fitzgerald, a mixed-use residential project at 2750 19th Street in the Mission District, San Francisco. Once complete, Fitzgerald will have 63 apartments above light industrial office space. Align Real Estate is responsible for the project.
