New renderings have been revealed for a mixed-use development at 1619 N Street in Midtown Sacramento. The proposal will renovate the existing Jefferson School building while constructing a mid-rise apartment block and seven townhomes. Cresleigh is responsible for the development through Altitude Sacramento LLC.
Entitlements are under review for a proposed mixed-use at 660 University Avenue in Palo Alto. The project proposal includes the development of a planned community to combine three parcels into one to construct a new four-story mixed-use building offering residential and office spaces. The site currently houses a two-story office building spanning an area of 9,216 square feet which will be demolished. Smith Development is the project developer. KSH Architects is responsible for the design concepts. The Guzzardo Partnership Inc is the landscape architect.
The City of San Jose has approved plans for a 30-story residential tower to rise at 605 South Second Street in Downtown San Jose. With a rooftop height of 285 feet, the building will be among the tallest in a city whose height limit is heavily regulated by the FAA. Roygbiv Real Estate, a low-profile firm with high ambitions, is responsible for the project.
Plans are under review for a five-story mixed-use project at 435 East 3rd Street in Downtown San Mateo, San Mateo County. Windy Hill Property Ventures is responsible for the development as the property owner. The development will create office space and five new homes as part of the developer’s extensive plans east of the San Mateo train tracks.
Permits have been filed seeking the approval of new single-family homes at 1036 Neal Road, Sacramento. The project proposal includes the division of a parcel with two single-unit dwellings into eight parcel to develop five single-family detached homes. Aras Design & Construction, Inc is the project applicant.
